Construction For Business

A perfect understanding of the basics of building construction is the first step to a successful construction project. Constructing a building is puzzling regardless of the type of building. Aside from the time, efforts, and investment involved, care should be taken in planning the purpose of construction and its use. Hence, it is agreeable that the process of constructing a building starts with its plan. We’ve laid out a step by step process of constructing a building from start to finish in this article.  They’re important steps to use in planning your housing project efficiently and in a better way. We aim to provide you with a better understanding of construction in a simplified manner. And have categorized them into two parts; the pre-construction stage and the construction stage.

Step 1. Soil Test

A soil test can determine fertility, or the expected growth potential of the soil which indicates nutrient deficiencies, potential toxicities from excessive fertility and inhibitions from the presence of non-essential trace minerals. The test is used to mimic the function of roots to assimilate minerals.

Step 2. Building Foundation and Column Excavation

A foundation is a lower portion of building structure that transfers its gravity loads to the earth. Foundations are generally broken into two categories: shallow foundations and deep foundations. A tall building must have a strong foundation if it is to stand for a long time. A skyscraper deep foundation.

step 3 : Roof Shuttering and
Concrete Work

Concrete work includes the following basic processes: preparation of the concrete mix; delivery of the mix to the construction site; feeding, distribution, and compaction of the mix in the formwork (molds); the curing of the concrete while it is hardening; and quality control of the concrete work.

Step 4. Flooring ,Electrical , Plumbing,Windows , Door , Gate Work

With every site visit, project progress gets updated on the system. Every stage and task are mapped to the Digital Twin which gets updated to give the real time view and walkthrough of the project.

Step 4: Flooring, Electrical, Plumbing, Windows, Door, Gate Woork

Electricians install and maintain electrical systems in both indoor and outdoor settings. Plumbers move materials, liquids, and gasses in and out of buildings and areas by using pipes, drains, and fixtures. Plumbing fixtures are exchangeable devices that deliver and drain water from a plumbing system

Step 5. Key HandOver

key handover will be scheduled. This is the final step where you collect keys, manuals and any other items contained in a settlement pack. The manuals will include all the manufacturing warranties or institution manuals.
